Affiliate Policy

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the SLS Panamá Affiliate Program, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Own and operate a legitimate website, blog, or social media profile with relevant content.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an SLS Panamá employee.

Registration and Approval Process

Interested affiliates must complete the application form available on the SLS Panamá website.
SLS Panamá will review each application and notify applicants of acceptance or rejection within the established business days.
SLS Panamá reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

Payment Terms

Affiliates will earn a commission on qualified sales generated through their affiliate links.
Payments are issued monthly, provided that the total commission due reaches the established minimum.
If commissions are below the minimum, they will be carried over to the next month.
Payments are made through the methods established by SLS Panamá.

Code of Conduct

Affiliates are expected to maintain high ethical standards and must not:

• Use deceptive or fraudulent advertising practices.

• Engage in spam or unsolicited email marketing.

• Promote SLS Panamá services on websites containing illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

• Use their affiliate link for personal purchases.

Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates may use marketing materials provided by SLS Panamá, including banners, text links, and graphics.
These materials may not be modified. Additionally, affiliates must not:

• Make false or unsubstantiated claims about SLS Panamá’s products or services.

• Bid on pay-per-click campaigns using the SLS Panamá brand or variations thereof without prior authorization.

• Advertise SLS Panamá services on websites with inappropriate or offensive content.

Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SLS Panamá trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting SLS Panamá services.
Affiliates must not use SLS Panamá’s intellectual property in any way that may harm the company’s reputation.

Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, affiliates must immediately cease using all SLS Panamá marketing materials and intellectual property.
Any unpaid commissions earned before termination will be paid according to the established terms.

Modification of Terms

SLS Panamá reserves the right to modify the terms of this affiliate policy at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
Continued participation in the affiliate program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Limitation of Liability

SLS Panamá will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of income or profits) arising from or related to this affiliate agreement or program.
SLS Panamá’s total liability to any affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate under this agreement.

Governing Law

This affiliate agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts.
